Rebecca is a highly experienced family lawyer with almost a decade of extensive courtroom litigation experience. Rebecca has a proven track record of successfully managing complex cases from inception through to trial in both the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, in child protection matters and domestic and family violence matters, and displays a strong ability to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
Rebecca is also adept at negotiating settlements, drafting legal documents, and presenting persuasive arguments in court. Rebecca’s direct approach is always appreciated and allows for her to provide clear and direct advices at times when her client’s need such direction in what can seem to be turbulent times for them.
