Additionally, there are refugees and support networks available to provide assistance and resources, on the Sunshine Coast.  We can help you by making referrals to those services.

  • Responding to Court documents:  assisting clients who have been served with an Application for Protection Order. 

  • Court Representation:  we assist clients during protection order hearings presenting evidence and making legal arguments on their behalf, both for temporary protection orders and final protection orders. 

  • Variation of Orders: assisting clients modify the terms of a protection order if circumstances change or if an Order is about to expire to ensure continued protection.
